What is Colonic Hydrotherapy?
Sometimes know as colonic irrigation, colonic hydrotherapy is a safe and effective method of removing waste, encrusted matter, mucus, gas, toxins and parasites from the large intestine, using warm filtered water.
The water is filtered and administered via a gentle gravitational system so there is no excess pressure on the bowel. The therapist then uses specialist massage techniques around the colon to help soften the waste matter thus aiding its expulsion.
Colonic hydrotherapy can re-educate, re-tone and reshape the colon, encouraging a more regular bowel movement. It increases the amount of nutrients absorbed and decreases the transit time of toxic waste.
